Who we are

Cocktail King is an events and party hire company like no other. We celebrate life by providing innovative products and services to corporate events, private functions, public events and expos. Seamless execution, creativity and variety of products and services are our core strengths. Our main services include, general event equipment hire, vision and sound equipment, and beverage catering services. We operate offices in Sydney and Canberra.

Our purpose is clear; celebrate life. Our mission is to make you successful by providing intimate, yet comprehensive event services. Think of us as your personal event butler.  Depending on your goals, needs and budget, we can help you plan, produce and manage your event. We hold an extensive stock of event equipment and have a large network of industry partners that we work closely with. We supplied to about 10,000 parties and events in the past 10 years and are here to make your next dream event come true.

We feel that protecting our environment by following sustainability principles is key to our success. We also love innovation so don’t be surprise to discover the next party trend and event hype hidden between our service offerings. We know it is quite a challenge and for that we have developed a quality assurance process that is based on continuously improvement. We focus on communication and execution. We believe that for your event to be successful an ongoing and open communication is essential. Before the event you will receive all the relevant documentation. Don’t be surprised to get a call from us the day before the event to go over and double-check all the little details that can make a huge difference. On the day you will get an alert on approach. Post the event we will typically follow up with you to receive an honest feedback and plan for the future. 

Our History

Cocktail King was started back in 2003 as frozen cocktail machine business. It soon lead the market in 5 different states. Around 2004 Cocktail King started a Chocolate Fountain business and shortly after successfully offered chocolate fondue fountains in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra. In 2006, the current management joined the company and Cocktail King introduced the hire of instant marquees to backyard parties and corporate events. Since then Cocktail King has grown its offering dramatically and today offers a full range of events services and part hire equipment to both the public and the private markets. It includes creative events tents called Felxitent and full beverage catering service called Bartini
